1. Eligibility

The T-Lishus Funk Anniversary Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, or directors of T-Lishus Funk, its affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by T-Lishus Funk (t-lishusfunk.com). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you completely release these social media platforms from any and all liability.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

4. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on June 4, 2026, and all online entries must be received by June 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. Entrants can participate by signing up for the T-lishus Funk e-mail list (Located at the bottom of this page) completing the entry requirements outlined on our official social media channels ( follow @TLishusFunk on Instagram, YouTube or TikTok) and by visiting the entry portal at t-lishusfunk.com.

• Limits: Limit one (1) primary entry per person. Use of automated entries, scripts, macro, or robotic entry methods will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

One (1) custom-printed pair of T-Lishus Funk '74 "BEAT FEET" high-top sneakers, custom-made to order in the winner's requested standard size.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $85.00 USD.

• One (1) custom-printed pair of T-Lishus Funk '94 "Bet Feet" high-top sneakers, custom-made to order in the winner's requested standard size. (Women's sizes should adjust for men's sizes)
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $85.00 USD.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable due to manufacturing or shipping constraints.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about June 20, 2026.

• Notification: The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) from the official, verified @TLishusFunk social media account or via the email address provided during entry.
• Requirements: The potential winner must respond and claim their prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to claim the prize within the required timeframe, or fails to provide a valid U.S. shipping address, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Prizes will only be shipped to valid physical addresses within the United States. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for custom production, printing, and delivery following verification of the winner's size and address.

9. General Terms & Limitation of Liability

T-Lishus Funk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless T-Lishus Funk and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Privacy Policy

Any personal data collected during entry (such as names, handles, or email addresses) will be used solely for the administration of this sweepstakes and in accordance with the T-Lishus Funk privacy policy. We will never sell your information to third parties.

11. Winner’s List

To request the name of the winner, send an email to the customer support contact address listed on t-lishusfunk.com with the subject line "June 2026 Sweepstakes Winner List" after June 25, 2026.
