T-LISHUS FUNK Return & Exchange Policy
Because every item at [Your Brand Name] is custom-made to order just for you, we handle returns and exchanges a little differently than traditional retail stores.
Please review our guidelines below before reaching out.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains the wrong item, we will happily replace it at no extra cost to you.

What to do: Please email us at tlishusfunk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

What to include: Your order number and a clear photo showing the issue or damage.

Note: We do not require you to mail the damaged item back to us. Once we verify the photo, we will fast-track a brand-new replacement to you.
2. Lost in Transit
If your package hasn't arrived and is past its estimated delivery date, please let us know!

What to do: Check with your local post office or tracking link first. If it's officially lost, contact us at tlishusfunk@gmail.com within 25 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement shipment for you.
3. Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse
Because we do not maintain a physical warehouse of pre-printed stock, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you order the wrong size or change your mind.

Before you buy: Please carefully review the detailed Size Chart provided on every product page to ensure a perfect fit before placing your order.

Our Compromise: If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, reach out to us! While we can't offer a free exchange, we’ll gladly send you a one-time custom discount code so you can re-order the correct size at a steep discount.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to re-ship the package to your correct address.
